When the water rises,
send one message.

Report what you can see, ask for rescue, food, water or shelter — or tell us you have a boat. Jal Raksha turns a WhatsApp message into a ticket a volunteer coordinator can act on.

What you can do

No app to install, no form to fill in, no account to make.

Raise an SOS

Rescue, medical emergency, people stranded. You get a ticket number and can check it any time.

Ask for supplies

Food, drinking water, medicine, shelter, or fodder for animals — logged with your location.

Send a photo or your voice

Speaking is faster than typing when water is rising. Voice notes attach straight to your ticket.

Offer help

Volunteer, donate supplies, or offer a boat, vehicle or shelter space. Coordinators match it to open needs.

Relief vehicles, tracked from A to B

An Aid Resource Number for every load

Register a boat, pickup or truck and you get an ARN. Share your live location on WhatsApp and your vehicle moves on the coordinator's map — showing how far along the run you are, and which open requests are near you.

That means a load can be redirected to where it is needed while you are still on the road, rather than after you arrive.

Registration is by invitation — there is no public sign-up form. Message the bot, choose Register my relief vehicle, and a private one-time link is sent to your WhatsApp and confirmed with a code.
